The charity Changing Faceshave appointed Pippa Donovan as their new Director of Services & Innovation. Pippa brings a wealth of senior leadership experience to the role having been the Director of Services at Adoption UK and Head of Business Development at Sue Ryder. During her time at Adoption UK, Pippa oversaw the transformation of support services for families, including introducing peer to peer support.
Changing Faces is the UK’s leading charity for everyone who has a mark, scar or condition that makes them look different.
Pippa takes up the role immediately following her recent work leading the charity through its strategic review.
