We aim to transform public attitudes towards people with an unusual appearance. Our goal is 'face equality' and we promote fair treatment and equal opportunities for all, irrespective of how they look.

Who We Are

Changing Faces employs around 30 staff, supported by hundreds of volunteers across the UK. The team includes:

Changing Faces Practitioners who help and advise adults, children, young people and families.

Policy Advisers who advocate for better services and practice in health, education, employment, the media and society.

Fundraising, PR & Communications, and administrative teams.

Volunteer Skin Camouflage Practitioners who provide our Skin Camouflage Service locally around the country in hospitals and community settings.

Overall, the Changing Faces team comprises professionals from psychology, social work, counselling, teaching, health economics, human rights law, local government, management, public relations, communications and fundraising.

We rely on our Trustees, Patrons and Volunteers who generously give their time to inform the work we do, deliver services, spread our message and raise funds.
