You’ll start the iconic 26.2 miles in Greenwich Park accompanied by 50,000 other runners. Along the route, you’ll run past the Cutty Sark, over the world-famous Tower Bridge and through the skyscrapers of Canary Wharf. The streets will be lined by spectators, cheering you on as you run towards the Mall for a real hero’s welcome in front of Buckingham Palace.
Whether you’re a seasoned or first-time runner, Changing Faces will be with you every step of the way. We offer all our runners a fantastic support package.
For Ella, running has not only helped her build confidence and make friends, it's also helped her to educate people about visible difference.

Many people with a visible difference face multiple levels of discrimination every day and our survey showed that shockingly, 50% said they felt self-conscious or embarrassed about their visible difference and 43% had experienced hostile behaviour.
We’re here to support people affected by visible difference to live the life they choose and free from discrimination. We know it’s possible. Apply for a Changing Faces charity place in the London Marathon and pledge your support for a world where visible difference is respected. Always.
The money you raise can make this possible by providing the confidence, support and the opportunity to thousands of people with a visible difference.
