Santa suit on. Festive spirit ready. Join Team Changing Faces for a Christmas run or walk through London!
Taking place on 8th, 9th and 10th December 2026, Santa in the City is a fun way to celebrate the festive season while raising money to support people with visible differences.
Starting in Paternoster Square beside St Paul’s Cathedral, you’ll take in London’s landmarks and riverside views. Choose a 3km or 5km route and walk, jog or run at your own pace. No previous running experience is needed.
Come along on your own, bring a friend or gather your colleagues for a festive team challenge. Your Santa suit is included!

Enjoy an evening of festive fun as you join fellow Santas exploring the capital. Whether you’re walking with friends or jogging with colleagues, you can take part at a pace that suits you.
You can collect your Santa suit and participant number at Paternoster Square on the day. Please check your joining instructions for collection details and arrival times.
Please note: there is no bag drop at this event.
We’ll help you get your fundraising off to a great start, with practical tips, fundraising tools and support from our team.
We ask each participant to raise at least £200, in addition to the registration fee and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way!
Make it a festive team outing and ask your employer whether they can match your fundraising to help your support go even further.
Everyone deserves to feel confident, supported and respected, whatever they look like. But children and adults with scars, marks or conditions that affect their appearance can face staring, bullying and discrimination, which can affect their confidence, wellbeing and everyday lives.
By taking part for Changing Faces, you’ll help us provide practical and emotional support for people with visible differences and their families, while campaigning to challenge prejudice and discrimination.
Choose your date, pull on your Santa suit and help make a difference this Christmas.
