An update on our Skin Camouflage service in response to lockdown changes

Changing Faces is working to consider the options for a safe service reopening, and continues to review our position and respond to restriction changes.

Over the last few days there have been a lot of announcements from the Government and reports in the media about how lockdown is changing in the next few weeks, including changes to guidelines for those who may be shielding. These plans are different in England and Scotland.

We know that many of you will be wondering how that will affect our services and particularly our Skin Camouflage service.

Our Changing Faces team is working hard to consider the options for a safe service reopening.

As you may know, following Government and NHS guidance, Changing Faces took the difficult decision to pause all of our Skin Camouflage clinics from mid-March.

Our primary concern has always been the wellbeing and health of our clients, staff and our volunteers who deliver the clinics.

Please be assured that our Changing Faces team is working hard to consider the options for a safe service reopening. In the coming weeks we will continue to review our position and respond to any changes in restrictions.

We will be in touch and let you know when we have more news, including ways on how we can support you with Skin Camouflage in line with the latest Government and NHS advice.
