Together with Coram Kidscape, we hosted a webinar for parents of children and young people with visible differences focusing on navigating the school environment and the challenges that may come with it. The webinar covered tools and strategies to help you handle any worries you might have, explain how to work with schools effectively when your child has a visible difference, and how to look after your own mental health as a parent during this time. The webinar also also featured Brandi, mum to Nyah who has a skin condition, and campaigner Abi, a young person who has grown up with a visible difference.
