Every step you take this May could help build a world where difference isn’t hidden, it’s celebrated.

This May, lace up your trainers and join Steps for Change. Whether you walk, run or move your way through the month, you will be standing alongside people with visible differences and challenging the prejudice that holds too many people back.

What is Steps for Change?

Steps for Change is your challenge, your way. Throughout May, you choose the distance, the pace, and the place. Early morning park runs or evening strolls around your neighbourhood. Solo miles or group adventures. The choice is entirely yours.

Your steps will help fund vital support that helps people with visible differences live the lives they choose.

Make it yours

Steps for Change is entirely yours to shape. Take on a classic goal like walking 5k daily or running 100 miles across the month, get creative with heritage trails or map out “CF” on your fitness tracker, or simply reimagine your daily routine by walking at lunch, taking the stairs, or joining your local parkrun. However you choose to move, you will be raising vital funds.
