After last year’s great success in this race we again have a number of places secured for the Plusnet Yorkshire Half Marathon in Sheffield. This run attracts thousands of runners of all abilities and spectators to the city’s streets and rewards them with an amazing view of the Peak District at the top of a tough (but not too tough) hill. Why not take part in this exciting event and ask your friends to sponsor you in support of the work of Changing Faces in our region!
As places are purchased by the charity, we ask that each runner raises a minimum of £250 in sponsorship (we’ll support you to do this!) and pays a £30 administration fee. This ensures that more of the money you raise goes towards supporting those with visible differences and disfigurements in Yorkshire & The Humber.
Interested in running the London Marathon in 2018? Just email Anisha Hussain, Public Fundraising Officer or call 020 7391 9270.
