When we respond to consultations, talk to MPs or authorities like the police, we share examples of hate incidents and hate crimes that people with visible differences have experienced and the impact they have on individuals and our community.

We won’t share details of your experience with anyone else unless you give us permission to do so. If you share an experience below and want us to use it, but not name or identify you, that’s fine, you can opt to share your experience anonymously.
