This section is full of self-help guidance for adults and young people living with a visible difference, and for parents of children who look different.
Thank you for registering your interest in our counselling support. We are currently experiencing a higher than usual number of enquiries, but will aim to get back to you within three weeks (Monday to Friday 10am-4pm).

Please note that if you have asked to be contacted by phone, the number we will ring you from will appear as 0207 391 9268. Please save this number if you are cautious about answering calls from numbers you do not recognise.
Whilst waiting to hear from us, you are welcome to access our self-help materials.
