Skin Camouflage Service Co-ordinator

Skin Camouflage Service Coordinator

Changing Faces is the UK’s leading charity for everyone affected by visible difference: a mark, scar or condition that makes them look different. Many people with a visible difference can struggle with social anxiety and low confidence, especially as they can experience staring, comments, or unwanted attention.

The Skin Camouflage Service is a specialist service that gives many people with skin conditions, marks and scars more control over how they want to look day to day through the application of specially-designed skin camouflage products.  The service offers person-centred appointments with highly-trained practitioners in which an individuals can explore how skin camouflage might be a helpful tool for them, find an effective colour match for their skin tone and learn how to apply the creams and powders with ease.

This is a great opportunity for a well-organised and articulate coordinator to join our Skin Camouflage Service Team. The coordinator will need to organise these clinics efficiently, provide personalised support to the dedicated Volunteer Practitioners and respond with empathy to client queries. You would be based at our head office in London and liaise with people all over the country by phone and email.

With strong administration and organisation skills, and the ability to communicate sensitively with a variety of audiences, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver this valuable service.
