Our training helps health providers ensure their patients' needs are met

Training For Health And Social Care Professionals

Research has shown that patients and clients who receive adequate psycho-social support as part of their rehabilitation are more likely to adjust positively to living with a disfigurement.

Changing Faces offers a range of learning opportunities for health care professionals, including talks, study days and the development of resources, such as online learning.

These courses aim to equip health professionals with the knowledge and practical skills they need to identify patient and family needs, as well as the strategies, confidence and resources to address them.

This course is designed to take place within your own hospital/clinic and is specially tailored to meet your department’s needs. We ask that the institution provides the venue, computer access and catering, and that participants be recruited by the host institution (maximum 16 participants).
