We’re delighted to announce that Claire Reynolds has been appointed as our new Head of Digital Transformation. Claire is an experienced digital leader with over ten years’ experience in the charity sector, including her previous role as Head of Digital at Alzheimer’s Society.
Claire’s work at Alzheimer’s Society saw the charity put people affected by dementia at the heart of decision-making for the development of its digital services, including the development of Dementia Connect – the Society’s new personalised support and advice service.
Becky Hewitt, CEO of Changing Faces, said:
“At a time when digital transformation is so important for charities, we are delighted to have appointed Claire who is such an experienced and well-regarded digital leader. Our ambitious new strategy includes an important focus on how we make the most of digital across our organisation and services to increase our reach and impact for people with visible differences.
With Claire’s leadership I am looking forward to seeing a real step change for Changing Faces over the next few years as our digital offering becomes stronger with the needs and voices of people with a visible difference at its heart.”
Claire Reynolds, Head of Digital Transformation at Changing Faces, said:
“I am thrilled to be joining Changing Faces at such an important time in the delivery of their ambitious strategic plan. I’m looking forward to working with a fantastic team to further develop a collaborative digital culture and increase the reach of the charity’s services through digital channels.
Most importantly, I’m excited about working directly with people affected by visible difference to deliver digital experiences that truly meet their needs. I can’t wait to get started.”
Welcome to the family, Claire!
