5km Super Heroes Run for Charity

Well, here's your chance.

On Sunday 13th June at Greenwich Park, London, and Sunday 26th September at Heaton Park, Manchester, over 1,000 'Super Heroes' are expected to take part, raising over £100,000 for charity! Changing Faces are looking for volunteers to take part in this fantastic event. With just a small registration fee of £20 and raising the suggested minimum sponsorship of £100 you could become a Super Hero for the day!

No previous experience is required and with a bit of training the 5km distance should easily be within your capabilities. The spirit of the event is 'taking part', not 'winning' - so, you can run, jog or walk... you decide!
