On one occasion I was shopping with the children. Two ladies came into the shop and in reference to Hannah loudly announced how shameful it was to bring out something like that.
Changing Faces was a turning point for us all. We met with other parents who had children with different conditions but similar feelings and experiences. We had the opportunity to share these and get help in how to take control of difficult situations.
Changing Faces has always been a beacon of light. The staff are always ready to listen, always ready to help me think things through, to point me in the right direction. They have become my friends and I hope one day will be Hannah's too. It is imperative for their work to continue.
