In April, our team of runners takes to the streets of London to raise thousands of pounds for our charity in the Virgin London Marathon.

Do you have a ballot place in the Marathon? If so, we would love you to use it to run for us.

Alternatively, we always need helpers on the day to cheer our runners on from the sidelines. If you would like to come along and help to create a good atmosphere at the race, you would be very welcome!

In July, we always have a team of at least ten runners in the British 10k race in London. We would love you to join them - just visit http://www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk for more details and to register.

We also need supporters to come along on the day and cheer our runners in this race. The distance of this race is less than half a marathon, so it's definitely not an all-day event!

In November or December, we usually have a Christmas celebration. In the past, we have had successful Carol Concerts - just get in touch to find out more about what we have planned for this year and to see how you can get involved.
