GAYE is a payroll giving scheme run by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) where you can donate directly from your pre-tax salary to a charity of your choice.

Your employer is responsible for setting up the scheme so check with them if they already run it - sometimes they are willing to match your donation. If not, they can find out how to set up the scheme by emailing CAF or calling 01732 520000.
