The charity is supported in its work by three councils:

The Advisory Panel
The Advisory Panel informs all areas of our work. It is a multi-disciplinary group from across the UK that includes: psychologists; journalists; education professionals, employment professionals and people affected by disfigurement.

The Research Council
The Research Council is composed of academics and scientists, accountable for making and monitoring grants from the Changing Faces Research Fund.

The Young People’s Council (YPC)
The YPC gives young people a voice and informs our work across the charity.
