The charity is headed up by James Partridge, OBE, Founder and Chief Executive and run by a management team. The charity is staffed by a 25-strong team of specialists including psychologists, counsellors and teachers.

Councils
The charity is supported in its work by three Councils:

  • The Advisory Panel, composed of a multi-disciplinary group of psychologists, journalists, education and employment professionals, parents and adults who have disfigurements based in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
  • The Research Council, composed of academics and scientists accountable for making and monitoring grants from the Changing Faces Research Fund.
  • The Young People’s Council, composed of young people with disfigurements.
